Procedures and Guidelines

The health and wellbeing of our customers, members and staff remains our priority, in line with the Government’s latest guidelines the following procedures must be adhered to when visiting any of our premises:

  • An entry form must be completed before items are delivered (forms should be emailed to to minimise contact)
  • Notify our team of your entry and arrange a suitable delivery time
  • Upon arrival report to the Thainstone Specialist Auctions office
  • Face coverings are mandatory for all persons entering our centres. These must be worn at all times whilst within the centre
  • When entering the building, please sanitise your hands
  • Please DO NOT enter the premises if you feel unwell or are showing any coronavirus symptoms
  • 2m social distancing should be maintained
  • No under 16’s will be permitted access
  • When entering and leaving the building, please sign in and sign out
  • No access will be granted on sale days, ALL sales currently follow an ONLINE ONLY format
