Leading auctioneering companies, Thainstone Specialist Auctions and Aberdeen & Northern Marts (divisions of ANM Group) held their monthly Live Online Collective sale at Thainstone Centre on Wednesday 17^th May, including a Timed Online Auction of Building and Industrial equipment.

Strong demand for good clean tractors and plant equipment was seen from across the UK and export markets, with good prices being achieved and online bidders joining from as far as Poland. Highlights from the sale including a 2015 Takeuchi TB295W Wheeled Excavator which went for the hammer price of £28,200, followed by a 2014 JCB 541-70 Wastemaster Telehandler selling for £20,500. In the lorries section a 2015 Mercedes Arocs 3236K 8×4 Hookloader sold to the price of £18,000 and in the vehicles, commercials and 4x4s category a 2016 Volkswagen Amarok 2.0 TDi Highline 4 motion auto achieved £14,800. The implements & small agricultural equipment section saw a McConnel PA6065 VFR Side Arm Mower sell for £12,500 and the small plant section saw a Genie Z45 15m Cherry Picker sell for £6,400.
